SnappGo is a trading name of Amna Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SnappGo website, mobile applications, and services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Each order is subject to a 5% service fee added to the order total at checkout. This fee is paid by you (the customer) to SnappGo to cover platform costs, payment processing and support.
Shops pay a monthly subscription (Essential £49.99 / Professional £89.99 / Premier £149.99) via bank standing order or cash collection. Shops also pay standard card processing fees on customer orders (currently around 1.5% + 20p via our payment provider). SnappGo does not take any per-order commission from shops. Full terms are set out in the Shop Partner Agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Subject to that:
You can close your account any time through the app or by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, use the Service fraudulently, or fail to pay fees when due.
On termination, certain provisions survive (fees owed, liability limitations, governing law).
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers may bring claims in their local courts.
